Krista Dietrich holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts, a Marketing Management Post Graduate Certificate - Honours, a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, and is a Project Management Professional. Krista has extensive experience in strategic regional and national growth plans; building
organizational capability; establishing key strategic alliances and partnerships; and leading multiple teams and stakeholders in the delivery of breakthrough results.
LAWRENCE MEDAS

CHSC, Cert. OHS
Lawrence Medas holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree, a Bachelor of Arts, Human Resources & Labour Relations, and a Community Worker Diploma. Lawrence has post-graduate certification in Occupational Health & Safety, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution. He was also foster parent and sat on the Foster Parent Board of Directors at the Toronto Catholic Children’s Aid Society.

David Peck holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in International Project Management. David is a distinguished director, project manager, and public engagement professional with extensive experience working with renowned brands such as Royal Bank of Canada, Bell Canada, UNICEF, The Plan Group, and Global Affairs Canada.
KAREN VINE
Karen Vine is a leader in social sector volunteer excellence. Karen contributes to her community as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Elders and as Co-lead of the Foothills Alliance Church's Grief Care Program. Here Karen is a Mercy Meals team member, a teacher in the church's women's prgrams, and a Grief Care Facilitator. Additionally, Karen lends her passion to food to The Mustard Seed, where she is the Kitchen Director.

Our parent/guardian and program advisory committees (PPACs) are responsible for the development of our programs, policies, and procedures. PPAC provides ongoing professional guidance to the i&i team to ensure that we are exceeding all ethical and professional standards in mental health support.
