Services Provided: Individual Adult Therapy & Couples Therapy Supporting individual parents, single parents and couples coping with: Children (age 5-29) with a mental health challenge or diagnosis Grief, Loss and Bereavement including suicide loss of a family member, friend or colleague Impacts of trauma on parental mental health, including depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges.
